About Momentum Wellbeing

Small steps toward lasting wellbeing

Approach to care

We combine evidence-based health coaching with realistic behavior change strategies:

  • Coaching techniques grounded in behavior change science
  • Personalized support tailored to your life, not a one-size-fits-all plan
  • Focus on small, sustainable changes that build over time
  • A supportive, non-judgmental approach

Meet your coach

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to health and nutrition, curious about how the choices we make every day shape how we feel, function, and live.

Over time, I realized that knowing what to do is only part of the equation. The bigger challenge for most people is consistency, especially when life is full, stressful, and constantly changing.

That's what led me to health and wellness coaching.

I'm currently training as a Health & Wellness Coach through a Mayo Clinic-aligned, NBHWC-approved program, with additional certifications in nutrition, sleep, stress management, and plant-based nutrition. My approach is grounded in behavior change science and focused on helping people make steady, meaningful progress - without feeling overwhelmed.

My interest in this work is both personal and professional - I’ve seen how chronic conditions impact quality of life, and how difficult lasting change can be without the right support. I'm especially passionate about working with individuals who are balancing busy lives, managing stress, or simply trying to feel better and more in control of their health.

What its like to work together

Coaching is a collaborative process.

You won't be handed a rigid plan or expected to be perfect. Instead, we'll explore what's realistic for you, what's getting in the way, and how to move forward in a way that feels sustainable.

My role is to support, guide, and help you stay accountable - while you build the awareness and habits that lead to lasting change.

A focus on deep health

We take a “deep health” approach, looking beyond just nutrition or exercise to support your overall wellbeing:

Physical health: nutrition, sleep, movement, and recovery
Mental health: mindset, focus, and stress management
Emotional health: resilience and emotional awareness
Environmental health: your home, work, and daily surroundings
Social health: relationships and support systems
Purpose & meaning: alignment with your values and goals

Because lasting wellbeing isn't just about one area, it's about how everything works together.

Scope of Practice

Health coaching focuses on lifestyle and behavior change.

We support areas such as:
  • Building sustainable nutrition and movement habits
  • Improving sleep and managing stress
  • Strengthening consistency and accountability
  • Supporting and implementing your healthcare provider's recommendations
We do not provide:

We are happy to work alongside your healthcare providers as part of your broader care plan.

Insurance & HSA/FSA

Health coaching is not typically covered by insurance. However, in some cases, services may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA funds.

Eligibility can depend on your individual plan and often requires a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your healthcare provider. This typically applies when coaching is used to treat or prevent a specific medical condition or support a prescribed treatment plan.

We recommend checking with your insurance or HSA/FSA provider to confirm your benefits and requirements.

If helpful, we're happy to provide documentation (such as invoices or program details) to support your reimbursement request.
