National Diabetes Prevention Program - coming soon
A CDC-recognized, year-long lifestyle change program for adults at risk for type 2 diabetes, delivered in a small-group format by a trained Lifestyle Coach. This structured program has been shown to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes through sustainable changes to nutrition, activity, and habits.

Momentum Wellbeing offers engaging, evidence-based workplace wellness sessions that help organizations support employee wellbeing through healthier habits, practical tools, and sustainable behavior change.
